Alinma Bank said its board of directors has proposed the distribution of cash dividend for the fiscal year 2014.
The board has recommended the distribution of SAR 745,000,000, at SAR 0.5 per share, or 5% of stock par value.
The eligibility of the dividend distribution will be for shareholders of record till the close of trading on the general meeting date that will be announced later.
